Click into your Location and go to 'Voice AI Configuration' section on the right of the Location page.

Click 'Activate Location' to get a dedicated kea AI Phone Number.
You’ll receive setup instructions to get your kea AI phone number, including how to forward calls to go-live and add a secondary number for customers who want to speak with the store.

After receiving your phone number, begin Call forwarding from your main business line to the kea AI Phone Number.
Most providers support simple call forwarding using *21*
On your main phone handset: Dial *21*
Enter the 10-digit kea AI phone number you want to forward calls to. Ex: 8881234567
Press the # key and wait at least 3 seconds for the confirmation.
Activating your kea Voice AI is as simple as forwarding from your main business line to your dedicated kea AI phone number. We support any telephony provider and have built out a helpful list for specific telephony companies if you need help.
