However, you can customize the rest of your greeting in the Greeting Edit box. Your AI Agent will always read your custom greeting after the required “recorded line” message.

💡 Tip: Some Kea customers like to add a friendly intro such as,
“Hi there! This is Bella, your virtual cashier. How can I help you today?” This helps callers understand they’re speaking with an AI and makes the “recorded line” message feel more natural.
