Access to your Kea Brand Portal is tied to the emial address you used at sign up.
If you would like to allow a coworker, partner, or additional staff to be able to log in and access your Brand Portal, please email your Customer Success Manager OR [email protected] as this function has to be done internally on the Kea side.
Please note, the log in is case sensitive so if you get an error message at first, try a lowercase first letter of your email address.
