Will test orders placed through the AI be sent to the kitchen as real orders?

  • If you are using the Test AI button to place test orders, tickets will not be printed to your KDS.

  • If you typing your dedicated Kea Ai number into your phone and dialing out bound - YES, tickets will be printed to your KDS since we are synced to your POS at that time.

    • We highly recommend utilizing the Test AI button in your Kea Portal during Onboarding.
