Adding your logo to order confirmation and payment links

Add your brand logo with ease for any important kea AI order confirmations with customers.

Adding your logo will white-label the Order Confirmation and kea Pay experience to your brand. Ensuring a smooth order experience for your customers.

See steps below to add your brand's logo:

Click into any of your locations and visit their kea Order View.

You can do so by clicking the 'Orders' button at the top of the location you selected.

Within the kea Order View find the 'Settings' button to the right

Click the settings button to open a dropdown to find the option 'Payment & Tickets'

Inside the Payment & Tickets modal you will see a space at the bottom where you can see a space click or drag-n-drop your logo.

Ensure your file is a 2:1 ratio and curated to standout on a white backdrop. Make sure file size is not over 500KB. Accepted formats are PNG, SVG, and JPG.

After uploading, your brand will appear in the space.
