How to use AI Voice Variability

Learn how to turn on AI Voice Variability for your restaurant.

When you log into the Kea Brand Portal, you have access to over 60+ curated AI voices. These voices are designed to give your brand the right tone, clarity, and personality for guest interactions. To activate AI Voice Variability, see the below steps:

1. Log into the Kea Brand Portal

Go to https://app.kea.ai and sign in with your account credentials. Once logged in, you’ll land in your Brand Overview.

Open the Voice Selection Page

In the top-right corner, click on your avatar. From the dropdown menu, select AI Voices.

Browse Available Voices

Inside the modal you’ll see the toggle to turn AI Voice Variability.

  • From here you will be able to select up to 5 different voices for Kea to randomly rotate through when customers call. Giving slight variation to customers so they feel as if a new person is answering every time and not the same old voice.

  • Once you make these changes they immediate take effect.

  • Each voice follows the Brand Tone guidelines set in your portal.

As voices are selected they immediate take effect for Kea AI to rotate through.

Pro Tip: Test your selected voice with a sample call to confirm pronunciation, pacing, and tone match your brand’s style.
