Epson

  1. Download the Epson TM Utility App for your printer. Ensure you are on the same WiFi next work as the printer you wish to use for Kea AI tickets.

  2. While standing near said printer, tap "Add a Product" inside the Epson app on your phone.

  3. Select Your Printer - the app will search for available printers on your local network. Select your Epson printer from the displayed list. (Ex. XP-88A, ET-874)

  4. Follow the prompts for location sharing or to confirm the connection; follow the instructions to complete the setup process. You can change settings from here for your printer if you wish.

  5. Locate the URL for remote printing for that printer in the app - typically in the top right - copy it.

Syncing your printer to Kea

  1. Log into your Kea AI portal via the email used at sign up.

  2. Tap into your Location and locate the Orders tab

  1. Select Settings --> Printer --> Configure printer

  1. Add the URL that you just located from the step previously into the Printer URL box in your Kea portal, as shown below.
