How to setup call forwarding from you main business line, with AT&T, to your kea AI phone number to have the AI start taking customer calls.

Forwarding:

1. On your main phone handset: Dial *21*

2. Enter the 10-digit phone number you want to forward calls to. Ex: 8881234567

3. Press the #key and wait at least 3 seconds for the confirmation

Unforwarding:

1. Dial #21#
