Forwarding from your Comcast main business to kea AI is super easy!

Call Forwarding Overview

Call forwarding is a feature that automatically redirects incoming calls to your kea virtual assistant, allowing it to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Turning on Call Forwarding:

  1. *Dial 72: Lift the receiver and dial *72 on your Comcast phone.

  2. Enter the Destination Number: Dial the 10-digit kea AI phone number (including area code) where you want your calls to be forwarded.

  3. Wait for Confirmation: You'll hear a confirmation tone or message.

  4. Hang Up: Once you hear the confirmation, hang up.

What Happens When Call Forwarding is Disabled?

When call forwarding is deactivated, all calls will go directly to the store's main phone line(s), requiring store staff to answer each call in person.

Turning off Call Forwarding:

  1. *Dial 73: Lift the receiver and dial *73 on your Comcast phone.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: You'll hear a confirmation tone.

  3. Hang Up: Once you hear the confirmation, hang up.
