**Call Forwarding Overview**

Call forwarding is a feature that automatically redirects incoming calls to your kea virtual assistant, allowing it to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

**Turning on Call Forwarding:**

1. \*Dial 72: Lift the receiver and dial \*72 on your Comcast phone.&#x20;
2. **Enter the Destination Number:** Dial the 10-digit kea AI phone number (including area code) where you want your calls to be forwarded.&#x20;
3. **Wait for Confirmation:** You'll hear a confirmation tone or message.&#x20;
4. **Hang Up:** Once you hear the confirmation, hang up.&#x20;

**What Happens When Call Forwarding is Disabled?**

When call forwarding is deactivated, all calls will go directly to the store's main phone line(s), requiring store staff to answer each call in person.

**Turning off Call Forwarding:**

1. \*Dial 73: Lift the receiver and dial \*73 on your Comcast phone.
2. **Wait for Confirmation:** You'll hear a confirmation tone.
3. **Hang Up:** Once you hear the confirmation, hang up.&#x20;
