**Call Forwarding Overview**

Call forwarding is a feature that automatically redirects incoming calls to your kea virtual assistant, allowing it to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Log into your RingCentral account and follow [THESE INSTRUCTIONS](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Turning-on-the-Forward-all-calls-feature.html?brand=RingCentral\&product=RingEX\&language=en_US) to set up call forwarding from your main businesss line to your Kea number.

**What Happens When Call Forwarding is Disabled?**

When call forwarding is deactivated, all calls will go directly to the store's main phone line(s), requiring store staff to answer each call in person.
