Enabling Delivery with Voice AI

Learn how to enable Voice AI with Delivery.

Before enabling Delivery, you must enable our kea Pay with Stripe Connect as delivery orders require payment before confirming the order. If not completed, visit below first then return back.

Enable kea Pay

If you want Delivery orders forwarded to store. Enable the Handoff mode in your location. Then by not doing the below settings. The AI will know to forward delivery calls to store.

Point-of-sales we currently support delivery for are Toast, Clover, Square, and kea POS.

After enabling bank details, click into any of your locations and visit their kea Order View.

You can do so by clicking the 'Orders' button at the top of the location you selected.

Within the kea Order View find the 'Delivery' button to the right

Click the settings button to open a dropdown to find the option 'Delivery'

Inside the Delivery modal you can enable the settings with the toggle.

By default we include your location zip Code but allow you to add other zip codes you delivery to. Straight line distance or how far in terms of miles you deliver to is on our Feature Roadmap.

You can configure Delivery Service Fees, Driver Tips, and a separate Delivery Availability schedule that differs from your regular store hours based on your driver availability.

Once enabled, Delivery via Voice AI is live!

Your AI will instantly be able to take delivery orders and send them to your point-of-sale similar to an online delivery order being place.
