You can now streamline customer inquiries by sending quick SMS responses with relevant links, emails, or phone numbers for topics like reservations, loyalty programs, careers, feedback, or catering. On top of sending ordering links to place an order online.

**How to Enable and Customize SMS Responses**

1. **Visit the Location Page**\
   Go to the location you want to configure.
2. **Edit in the Location Overview Section**\
   In the “Location Overview” section, click edit. Find the options for Loyalty, Catering, Careers, and more. Toggle each option on or off by selecting yes or no. Customize the SMS message content as well as the link, email, or phone number you’d like to share, as shown below.
3. **Save Changes**\
   After making updates, save changes to ensure your settings are applied. You can always edit and change the values at any moment. This will immediately impact any future calls.
4. **Test Call your AI**\
   Call your kea phone number or use the 'Test AI' button to ask about the above sections and ensure your Voice AI is responding as you'd like and sending texts.
